Process & Care

Every pet is given a unique identification number that follows them throughout the process, from pickup to cremation to return. This ensures that the ashes you receive belong only to your pet.

No. Euthanasia must be performed by your veterinarian. We provide cremation services after euthanasia or natural passing.

No. Families are not present during cremations. However, our team treats every pet as if they were our own and follows a dignified, respectful process.

Ashes from shared cremations are handled in a respectful, environmentally responsible manner. They are not returned to families.

Yes. Families may choose from a selection of wood urns. If you prefer another memorial option, we are happy to accommodate where possible.

We do. While our services currently focus on cremation and urns, we also are able to do paw impressions and ink paw prints.
